I am a passionate physiotherapist specialising in disability, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families - and support networks - to achieve greater independence, enhanced functionality, and an improved quality of life.
Growing up in Western Australia, I was fortunate to be part of a very active and sporting family. I played a variety of sports and are involved in a variety of recreational activities, and these have always been a huge part of my life. Staying active has shaped my approach to both my personal health and how I support others in achieving their physical goals.
My personal values are at the heart of everything I do: compassion, kindness, honesty, loyalty, resilience, empathy, inclusivity, and health. These principles guide the care I provide and ensure that every individual I work with feels respected and supported. I strive to create an environment where people of all abilities feel empowered to build strength, improve function, and gain confidence in their movement.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me staying active and focused on my health. I love spending time outdoors - whether it's for a walk, run, or hike - and some of my favourite ways to relax are spending quality time with my family, friends and dog Ollie.
